Journal Policy
The content within my blog posts are an expression of my everyday life; my thoughts, insights, opinions, and rambles. The information and delivery of the information accessible on my journal is by my own discretion. I make no limit on the frequency of my posts, and will never explain the reasons for my sporadic entries unless I feel that elaboration is neccessary.
Though I thoroughly enjoy writing to an audience, I give no more or less information than I feel comfortable sharing, as such it is expected that you, the reader, will not inquire for more indepth information than I will comfortably share. This is not a punishable offense; intrusive questions asked via my blog, or faq will simply be denied, ignored, or deleted. My more private entries will be password protected. I expected that those allowed access to these entries will respect the privacy that I have set to maintain and not repeat (verbally or through the written word) what was said.
My opinions written in my journal are just that, opinions. Ergo, I expect them to be taken as such. As a believer of free expression, I will never hinder my thoughts or feelings in any way, and by no means will I ever ask that of you, the reader. If your opinions differ from my own, as written on my site, I encourage you to speak your mind. I love a good debate.
If you are someone who knows me offline, I would appreciate if you would contact me, and let me know - especially before you mention it to anyone or leave any comment/entry on my site. Like I said, though I enjoy writing to an audience, and though it's very unlikely that those in my offline life would not already be privy to what is written, it is still important that my privacy be respected. Offline parties who have not made themselves known but have insisted on commenting on my site will be banned. This will be handled on a case by case basis.
Commenting Policy
By leaving any type of feedback, you understand and agree that your comments/entries will become the property of Like-Honey.com, and will be handled in whatever way I decide. You also understand that the priviledge of commenting may be discontinued at any time, with or without prior notice.
Please be a responsible commenter. Only comment on the related blog; any other questions/comments can be sent to me by utilizing the contact form, faq, or guestbook. Continuing to post on things not related to that particular entry, (with the exception of replying to a comment that I have left you on your own site), will result in your comment being deleted, or the website entered with your comment being changed to a random address. I don't feel it's fair that people who run by and merely say "nice site", "drop by my site," or "I took some of your icons/smilies" get the same potential traffic as those who leave thoughtful contributions.
Though I'm fairly lenient in terms of the language used, petty and unneccessary name-calling and bashing will be promptly squashed. Difference in opinions are encouraged, however that is a far cry from plain ol' senseless drama. It might be good for "business", but I don't want that on my site. If I have spoken harshly about someone you know, please know that I am aware of your pain, but do make it your business to refrain from commenting on my site in a disrespectul way. Chances are, it will be giggled at, and then deleted. I don't take kindly to spamming or flaming.
Misc.
